Educational seminars and interactive workshops with specific topics for teachers and professionals (professional stress, social issues, developmental disorders in children, etc.)

Sessions for parents to help in recognizing and dealing with their child's difficulties (behaviour, mental health, developmental disorders, etc.)

My approach

Art psychotherapy is a form of therapy that uses visual art materials  as an additional means of expression. Just as you don't have to be a writer to express yourself with words in a session, you don't have to be an artist to express yourself through art materials. Everyone can benefit from the healing properties of creative expression, regardless of age and experience.

I was raised in Athens and studied in the United Kingdom. I completed my undergraduate studies at the Department of Psychology (BSc) at the University of York in 2014.  I then continued my education at Queen Margaret University, Scotland, where I attended the two-year MA in  Art Psychotherapy (MSc)....
